Fix CI workspace - job assignment

Currently the monolithic build job uses the latest version of the repository - leading to premature releases of updates in case of two updates jobs completing before the corresponding monolithic build job is triggered.

Within a pipeline not the latest repo version should be build and released, but the version created by the initial update job.
